The Bar Fight

Title: The Bar Fight
Pairing/Warning/Rating:
none, rated G
Word Count: 100
Summary: Jack makes a new friend after a bar fight gets out of hand.
Author's Note: Written for [community profile] tw100's crossovers challenge

“Thanks for the help.” Jack said, slapping his savior on the back.  “Have you ever seen a bar fight get out of hand so quickly?”  His new friend just shrugged.  “Well, I have to admit, it could have gotten pretty ugly for me if you hadn’t stepped in.  That is one mean punch you got.   How ‘bout I buy you a drink?  Just as a little way of showing my appreciation, of course.”  Seeing the smile he called the barkeep over, “Bring one of your finest drinks for my friend here.”

“Oook.”

“And a banana.”

“Oook.”

“Make that two bananas.”

You may be onto something! The Doctor did invent the banana daiquiri after all... :)

Well, that's obviously what the Librarian should be drinking here! :-)

and I'm sure all the barkeeps near the University would keep the makings for a banana daiquiri on hand, they don't want to annoy the Librarian by not being able to serve him one...

It's the way he smiles that does everyone in... there's something behind it that's just a smidge scary (kind of like Jack's come to think of it)
