Bestest thing! I just found the book in a nicely packet parcel from amazon on my desk today. Yay!

Hardcover, though. 'm going to order the paperback once it comes out. D'you happen to want the hardback? I shall give it away lest it be clustering up my poor abused bookshelves. Once the paperback comes out *nods*
