Stupid TV

Why do they feel it is necessary to interrupt my shows to tell us it is raining?  Like I couldn't open a window and see that for myself?

Nope. It's actually much more likely to accumulate the further east you go. Spokane gets the most.

I'm more from the central part of Washington, but two of my brothers went to college in Spokane and the oldest one lives there, now. He always calls and mocks me when he sees it's "snowing" in Seattle.
