“What are you doing?”  Tosh watched as Jack spread a photo of Janet out on the table.

“Just having some fun,” Jack answered, grabbing the ancient Polaroid camera that he’d unearthed from the archives earlier and took a picture of the picture.  Seeing her look he shrugged.   “Wasn’t grainy enough.”

“But....”

“Now, it’s perfect.”  He slipped the photo in an envelope that bore a faded label, then scribbled on a return address, and smeared it.

“Who?”  Tosh read the label.  “The FBI?  Jack!”

“The truth is out there, but if it’s too easy to find he won’t believe.”  Jack grinned.

Keeping his interest up. Right. And it would just like Jack to try to manipulate the FBI this way. Let Mulder think it was all coming from Deep Throat....
