IT intelligence

No one where I work has been able to access their email accounts so the IT professionals were sent off -site to take a look at the email server. They discovered it's something they can't fix easily and the email system won't be working again until tomorrow at the earliest. So they let everyone know that... by sending a company-wide email, which oddly enough, didn't go through... I wonder why?

Oh, now that's special. Reminds me of the time when I called to tell Time Warner my phone was out, and the guy asked me if I was calling from my home line. Er. No.

But there are *procedures* that must be *followed*. If they weren't, the whole company would descend into the chaos of independent thinking and competent problem solving!
