Things you do when the internet crashes...

Actually got some work on my rug done today while watching "Due South."

It's a little over 28 inches long and 13 inches wide.  I can't write worth crap lately, but I can still braid!

And.. minor "Due South" squee... (safe and spoilerfree)

Ray can't remember if he did or did not commit a crime and asks Fraser:

Ray: How do you know? How do you know? How can you be so sure?

Fraser: Because I know you. You're my partner. And you're my friend.

awwwwww

it's really not that hard to do, it's just basic braiding. It's just time consuming

Time I've got, but with my nephews' Xmas presents (Ah! Legos! Run away!) in the back bedroom, no space. Well, there'll be a window between New Year's & Easter.

legos are good, except when you step on them barefoot because, dang they are sharp!

Oh yes there is that I grant you I've drawn blood before :s

and god forbid if you step on and destroy the special secret rocket engine your son spent 3 hours putting together before abandoning in the middle of the floor...not to mention the fun things said rocket will do to your foot or ankle...

God forbid indeed - although I'm just as likely to do that as son - Though with me I'd be all "It's not abandoned it's WIP!!" - a woman has to go the loo sometime after all ;-) and it would be husband clutching his ankle...

Nothing, except he always misses a few when he cleans up, then I find 'em by stepping on them barefooted. (Ow!)

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2007-12-08 07:27 pm (UTC)(link)
*sigh* i do that WAY too often!

[identity profile] eumenidis.livejournal.com 2007-12-08 10:58 pm (UTC)(link)
I think they hide, then lie in wait for unsuspecting feet.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2007-12-09 02:57 am (UTC)(link)
Legos are evil and vicious that way

[identity profile] eumenidis.livejournal.com 2007-12-08 07:26 pm (UTC)(link)
Nothing, but he's got *billions & billions* of 'em at my place; running out of space, girl!
