Ray walked down the hall to Fraser’s apartment, rapping on the door before pushing it open, like always. But this time it only opened an inch. He peered through the crack at the furry doorstop.
“Deif? What’ca doing? Hey Benny, let me in!”
Blushing, and decidedly rumpled, Fraser finally opened the door.
A stranger grabbed Ray’s hand and shook it firmly. “You must be Ray,” the man said, smiling. “Benton’s told me all about you. Sorry, gotta go. I’m running late. We lost track of time, errr, catching up. Later, Benton!”
Then he left, questions and confusion swirling behind him.

Yay for Dief, guarding the door! But having tried so hard to get into Ray's head for that fic, now I kinda feel sorry for him, being left out and all. :(

If this isn't Jack all over...

I will NOT write more of DS/TW where Ray meets Jack properly, you hear me? And I definitely will not do a Bob Fraser/Jack fic. No way. Will not happen.

Bob/Jack? *shudder* Brain bleach, aisle four! In my personal canon, Jack can see Bob, but Bob doesn't like Jack too much. He thinks Jack's disrespecting the dead, zooming in and out of the afterlife all the time. And probably leaving the door open and tracking mud in, too.
But there again, don't limit yourself to what I think!

I don't have donuts to offer. What would tempt you?
