Hurray for customer service ineptitude

I was on the phone with the customer service of a very fancy jewelry company earlier today to return a present my daughter got.  Their policy is that, since the bracelet arrived broken, shipping is free within the US.

"Where do you live, Ma'am?"

"Minnesota."

"I'm afraid that will require international shipping charges then."

"Why?  It's a state."

"A state of what?"

I actually sort of liked S1 Rose- filled with wonder and adventure the way oldschool companions were... but as S2 developed? *shudder* ye gods

I TURLY hated him for the end of S3- the scene where he says goodbye to Jack in Lottl- so dismissive and rude! S4 wasn't as bad, but I still couldnt say I was upset when I heard the news about S6
