Arguing Semantics

According to the advertisement the local supermarket had cantaloupes on sale, but I didn't see them anywhere. So I asked a person working in the produce section where the cantaloupes would be. He pointed to a large bin. I went and looked, but the bin was empty. I went back and said to him "there aren't any cantaloupes there!" to which he responded, "Well, you asked where the cantaloupes would be. That's where the cantaloupes would be if we had any, but we don't, we're all out."

I did not expect a lesson in semantics at 10 at night in the grocery store!

And it's in about eight pieces on Rapidshare, which is the worst site EVER for downloading if you don't have an account.

ugh. I never try with the split up downloads, they never wind up working for me

I'm thinking I may just have to give up and go run some errands.

I KNOW. It's not like I'm going to get to watch it until tonight, but I kind of wanted to upload it and shared.

You'd think, being a member of four different episode communities, I'd be able to find something I could download.

I'm only on three, but yeah- you'd think! *grumbles some more*

Apparently, though, someone is in the process of uploading to MU on one of them, so we'll see.

I know it'll be disappointing and all, but i don't care. like you said. OMG FINALE!!

I've set my standards REALLY low, so I'm hoping they're low enough for me not to be disappointed, but I still want to see everyone get back together and save the world, dammit.

I have VERY low standards as well. set the bar about ankle height. It's GOT to be better than that (of course LoTTL barely skimmed over my bar placement last year, but still)

It damn well better be.

especially since we won't get a proper season of either show in 2009

but I have MAJOR doubts. They built up the end of e12 in ways that they just can't keep things going and have me satisfied for e13 unless things happen that I can't fathom actually happening.

And if there is one more Doctor=God/Jesus reference I WILL kill someone
