I like peanut butter

I like my cat.

I do not like peanut butter ON my cat.

Bloody evil fuzzbutt.

BWAHAHA. Um. Sorry. Not funny.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-01-15 09:30 pm (UTC)(link)
He thought I was doing something with tuna or meat of somekind and was majorily under foot. And tripped me. peanut butter EVERYWHERE. *sighs*

*winces a lot* Bet that was fun to clean out of his fur. Baby wipes? I know you don't have a baby, but I'm a big believer in baby wipes since Michaela came along. They are useful. (Not bad for dusting, either.)

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-01-15 10:33 pm (UTC)(link)
damp rags. I do have more clorox wipe things but figured since he'd be licking his fur later it'd be better to not let chemicals and whatnot get into his fur. He is *mostly* clean but *very* grumpy now

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/_medley_/ 2009-01-15 10:36 pm (UTC)(link)
Ooh, yeah, I wouldn't use Clorox wipes. I bet he is grumpy. And plotting revenge. For tricking him into getting peanut butter dumped on him, because clearly this is your fault. Somehow.

more clorox wipe things

that makes no sense. How the heck did I turn 'some' into 'more'?

I just gave the kids snack and he emerged to whine for food. No, it's still not tuna. Yes, see- it is something you don't like. No, really, I know 5 seconds have passed but it's still not tuna. Yes, see- it is something you don't like... etc etc etc

I KNOW THAT GAME SO WELL. Except that mine usually gives up faster than that. Looking at me like I'm trying to poison him.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-01-15 10:58 pm (UTC)(link)
him- *whine*
me- you want to try this?
him- *sniff* what the hell is that? are you trying to kill me?
me- told you you wouldn't like it
him- *whine*

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/_medley_/ 2009-01-15 11:04 pm (UTC)(link)
SO MUCH YES. Although it's funny when I offer him something I KNOW he won't touch and he eats it. He likes bell pepper and bananas. And grapes. As it turns out.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-01-15 11:06 pm (UTC)(link)
really? I'm surprised, although I shouldn't be, afterall by fuzzbutt eats donuts

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/_medley_/ 2009-01-15 11:08 pm (UTC)(link)
I used to have a cat that would eat tortilla chips. She was a stray, though, and would pretty much eat anything.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-01-15 11:09 pm (UTC)(link)
I would think that chips are bad for a cat's throat, but I suppose they'll get used to anything. And they like salty things too, I've been told

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/_medley_/ 2009-01-15 11:14 pm (UTC)(link)
Yeah. I wouldn't give them to a cat now. I was a kid then, and y'know, sharing.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-01-15 11:15 pm (UTC)(link)
I occasionally share fast food french fries- he sort of gums them without eating though. But he rumbles when doing it so I figure he enjoys it

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/_medley_/ 2009-01-15 11:17 pm (UTC)(link)
Hee! That's one of Sid's horrified-look-and-stalk-off things.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-01-15 11:18 pm (UTC)(link)
Does he stay stalked off though, or return, just in case you're now in the mood to offer him tuna?

Fuzzbutt has emerged again. He's sitting there and staring at me. He's PLOTTING. I can tell.

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/_medley_/ 2009-01-15 11:21 pm (UTC)(link)
He pretty much stays stalked off. Until I go into the kitchen again.

Ooh, you are in T-R-O-U-B-L-E.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-01-15 11:22 pm (UTC)(link)
maybe for lunch tomorrow I should have tuna. just in case

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-01-15 11:25 pm (UTC)(link)
or... when coming home after driving the kids to school I could stop and pick up a donut and give him some...

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/_medley_/ 2009-01-15 11:26 pm (UTC)(link)
See, now, that would be a win for you both. Do that.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-01-15 11:29 pm (UTC)(link)
depends how cold it is. if it's negative bagillion again I'd rather just get home

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/_medley_/ 2009-01-15 11:30 pm (UTC)(link)
*stares at you* Wow, now that's COLD, if you can't stop for donuts!

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-01-15 11:31 pm (UTC)(link)
It's supposed to ONLY be -10 tomorrow morning with windchill of -25 or so...

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/_medley_/ 2009-01-15 11:35 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, is that all? *shivers just thinking about it*
