Nicknames for the Doctor?

I have a pointless bit of crack!fic I've been considering but I need to know the various nicknames the Doctor has earned throughout the series, along the lines of "The Oncoming Storm" and whatnot. 

So far I've come up with: The Lonely God, Bringer of Darkness, Destroyer of Worlds, The Oncoming Storm.  What am I missing?
