watsons_woes challenge 17: to create a complete story in as few words as possible. Mouse-over the flowers to learn why Watson chose them.
Christmas was a time for family and friends, and, of course, presents. After deciding on flowers, Watson selected carefully, a combination of oak-leaved geraniums and motherwort for Holmes, red roses for Mary and a single adonis for himself; a bit of colour for their graves and for his holiday table.
